You can order a Visa Debit card from the Web Banking app. Just go to the “Accounts” section of the Menu, under the “Cards” tab. (2)(3)

You can display it as many times as needed. For added convenience, you can change your PIN at our ATMs.
In September, Charles will be leaving Luxembourg to begin a medical degree in Munich. His Visa Debit card will be with him every step of the way. He’ll be able to use his account and card for everyday spending online and in his favourite shops.
Plus, he can use his Visa Debit card to withdraw money for free at Deutsche Bank ATMs since Deutsche Bank is a partner of BNP Paribas.
Frequently asked questions
A debit card is bank card directly tied to your current account. In-store purchases and withdrawals are debited from your account straight away. What’s more, your debit card lets you make free cash withdrawals in euro via the ATM network of BGL BNP Paribas, the BNP Paribas Group and our global partners.
To activate your Visa Debit card, you can either:
1) Activate it in a matter of seconds from your Web Banking mobile app:

Make sure you have the payment card to hand.
o Log in to the Web Banking app.
o Select the card you want to activate and click the “Activate this card” button.
o Follow the instructions
2) Make an in-store purchase, withdraw cash or change your PIN at an ATM.
Please note that you cannot use the contactless function for your first transaction, as the PIN is required.

Just like a credit card, your Visa Debit card comes with a 16-digit card number. You’ll need to enter this number to make payments over the internet.
