Fee changes

We recently informed you that the bank’s fees are changing, with new fee conditions for some of our services coming into effect on 1 January 2025.
But what’s changing? Do these changes affect you? Full details can be found below.

Instant transfer fees

This affects you if you make instant wire transfers.

We have great news for you: Instant wire transfers will be charged at the same price as SEPA electronic credit transfers.

As a result:

• if you have a pack for individuals (Youth, Essentiel, Comfort, Exclusive), all your instant transfers will be free.
  
  
• if you have a pack for professionals (Essentiel Association, Essentiel Professional, Essentiel Liberal Professions, Essentiel Entrepreneur), you previously paid up to EUR 0.80 to make an instant transfer. Now, you will pay EUR 0.75 for all transfers (instant or otherwise) made beyond the free transfers included in your package.

Example: You have an Essentiel Professional pack including 25 SEPA electronic credit transfers per month. You will pay EUR 0.75 from the 26th transfer.

• if you have a current account outside of the previously mentioned packs, you can make one free SEPA electronic credit transfer (instant or otherwise) per month. Beyond that, you will be charged EUR 0.75 per transaction.

Exclusive pack fees

• This affects you if You have an Exclusive pack.

The price of your pack is not changing.

For the same price of: 9 euros if your total monthly inflow reaches 1,500 euros (12 euros if not), you get the following new advantages:

• Whenever you take out a personal loan, you will automatically benefit from free application fees (instead of 0.50% of the loan amount)
• Whenever you take out a mortgage, you will automatically benefit from a fixed application fee of EUR 250 (instead of 0.50% of the loan amount)

Essential pack fees

This affects you if You have an Essentiel pack.

And if:

• Your total monthly inflow is below 1,500 euros.

In this context only, you will now pay 3.50 euros.

Comfort pack fees

This affects you if You have an Comfort pack.

There are two possible scenarios:

• If your total monthly inflow is below 1,500 euros, you will pay 7 euros.
  
• If your total monthly inflow reaches or exceeds 1,500 euros, you will benefit from the loyalty discount and pay 3.50 euros.
  

Mastercard membership fees

This affects you if you have a Mastercard in addition to the cards already included in your pack.

Card fees will increase from:

• 5 to 5.50 euros for Mastercard Gold
  
• 16 to 17 euros for Mastercard Platinum (if you have an Exclusive pack with Mastercard Platinum and no other credit card, you will now pay 8.50 euros)
  
• 27.50 to 28 euros for Mastercard Elite

Credit certificate fees

This affects you if you wish to obtain a certificate relating to the holding of a credit on our books. A fee of 30 euros will now be charged for any certificate issued in response to your request.
