This system is not intended to handle commercial complaints, which are dealt with via a separate system in accordance with applicable regulations.

The BNP Paribas Group is committed to strictly complying with laws and regulations, as well as ensuring that the rules set out in the Group Code of Conduct are applied.

The whistle-blowing procedure, made available on this page, allows you to report information on a crime or offence, a threat or harm to the public interest, a breach or attempt to conceal a breach of applicable and binding law (legislation, regulations, etc.) or a  violation of the Group Code of Conduct.

Reports are handled confidentially by the Human Resources and Compliance Officers, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Whistleblowers are protected from any repercussions under local applicable laws.

Those who misuse the whistleblowing system may be subject to disciplinary actions or legal proceedings. However, honest use of the system will not result in disciplinary measures, even if the facts of the report are later proven inaccurate or do not result in any action being taken.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the information relating to the BNP Paribas Group whistle-blowing system and the protection of my personal data.
