If possible, have the following information to hand:
- what method of payment did the fraudster use (card, credit transfer)?
- when was the fraud perpetrated and detected?
- of recent transactions, which are legitimate and which were not made by you?
We will also take copies of any suspicious e-mails or text messages you may have received, in order to analyse the web links they contain.
If you already have a copy of your police report, please forward it as soon as possible.
