If possible, have the following information to hand:

  • what method of payment did the fraudster use (card, credit transfer)?
  • when was the fraud perpetrated and detected?
  • of recent transactions, which are legitimate and which were not made by you?

We will also take copies of any suspicious e-mails or text messages you may have received, in order to analyse the web links they contain.
If you already have a copy of your police report, please forward it as soon as possible.

Lock the card immediately via Web Banking.

In the menu: select Digital Assistance (No. 2) then Web Banking (No. 1) – an adviser will take your call.

Report it to the police as soon as possible
Forward the police report as instructed.
