How can you get a refund on your return shipping costs?

Just follow these simple steps to get your return shipping costs refunded.

Step 1: make your purchase

Pay online with your Mastercard (Gold, Platinum, Elite) to activate your return protection immediately.

Step 2: make the return within 30 days

If the product doesn’t suit you, return it within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with the seller's conditions.

Step 3: receive your refund

Submit your request with proof of shipping costs on our partner's website. Once validated, the refund will be paid directly to your account by our partner.

 

Conditions of eligibility for reimbursement of return shipping costs 

Changed your mind about buying online? With your Mastercard, you benefit from protection for return shipping costs, provided you meet the following criteria:

  • payment with an eligible Mastercard: purchases must be paid for using a BGL BNP Paribas Mastercard. (Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum and Mastercard Elite);

  • return within 30 days: the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery;

  • limit of 3 requests per year, with a maximum of €30 per refund request;

  • purchase from a professional retailer: the seller must be based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States or Canada. Purchases between private individuals are not eligible;

  • compliance with retailer conditions: the seller's returns procedure must be followed, and proof of shipment and payment of return shipping costs must be retained.
