How do I simulate a home loan on the Web Banking platform?
My home loan simulation from the Web Banking website
1. Log on, then click on “Loans” in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
This will take you to the loan simulator.
2. From the icons representing the reason for your loan, select the “Property” house icon on the left.
3. Enter your loan amount. You can use the slider, or enter the amount directly in the relevant field.

5. Select the term of your loan. You can use the slider, or enter the term directly in the relevant field.
6. The simulation result displayed at the bottom of the screen will vary to reflect the details you enter.

Where can I find the interest certificate for one of my loans?
To find the interest certificate for one of my loans:
From the Web Banking website
If you receive your account statements by post, you should have received your interest certificates at the start of the year.
Don’t worry if you haven’t though: just like your account statements, your interest certificates are accessible via Web Banking whether you receive statements by post or by e-mail. Here’s how to find them:
1. Log on and go to your dashboard. Click on “E-Documents: Statements, advices and contracts as PDF” under “My information” in the column on the right-hand side of the page. This will take you to the “Account statements and notices” module of the “E-Documents” section.
2. To find your debit notices more easily, you can filter your account statements by clicking on the title of the second column: “Types of documents”. This will open up a drop-down list.
3. Make sure that only “Interest certificate” is selected from the drop-down menu. Only your interest certificates will be shown. Select the certificate for the year in question.

1. Log on and go to your dashboard. Click on “E-Documents: Statements, advices and contracts as PDF” under “My information” in the column on the right-hand side of the page. This will take you to the “Account statements and notices” module of the “E-Documents” section.

From the Web Banking website
1. Log on, then click on “Accounts” in the menu on the left-hand side of the page. This will take you to your account summary.
2. Click on the account you want to view. This will take you to your account details section.
3. Click on the account menu. This is located in the top-right and represented by three vertical dots. Click on the three dots and a drop-down menu will appear.
4. Click on “Features” in the drop-down menu. This takes to you to your account features page, where you can view all of your account information: interest rate, last loan payment date, etc.
From the Web Banking app
1. Log on, then click on “Accounts” in the menu. This will take you to your account summary.
2. Click on the account you want to view. This will take you to your account details section.
3. Click on “Management” in the bar located below your balance.
4. Click on “Features”. This takes to you to your account features page, where you can view all of your account information: interest rate, last loan payment date, etc.
