Why should I enable notifications?
The “Notifications” option allows you to receive personalised alerts and monitor changes in your accounts securely.
You can decide to receive notifications when:- you receive a message in your secure messaging;
- your account balance is above or below the amount you have set;
- your account is debited or credited with more than the amount you have set;
- your card balance exceeds the amount you have set;
- your spending exceeds the amount you have set.

How do I activate notifications?
To activate notifications:
- In the left-hand menu of your dashboard, select “Settings”. The list of Web Banking settings is shown.
- Select “Notification settings” and then read and accept the general terms and conditions using your Token.
- You can now set up alerts:
- for your accounts;
- for your payment cards;
- to be notified when you receive a message in your secure messaging.
- When you have chosen your notification settings, go back using the arrow in the top left-hand corner of your screen. This will save your preferences.
- In the left-hand menu of your dashboard, select “Settings”. The list of Web Banking settings is shown.
Express View

What is Express View?
Express View is a tool that allows you to view the last three account and/or card transactions on the first page when you open the Web Banking app. You can keep track of your accounts without needing to log in to the app!
These are read-only transactions and your account numbers will remain hidden. If you want to make a transaction using the app (e.g. make a transfer), you will need to log in using your login details. This is a fast and secure solution.

How do I activate Express View?
- In the left-hand menu of your dashboard, select “Settings” and then “Express View”. This will take you to the “Customisation” page.
- Activate the option by clicking on the “Activate the Express View” button and then click on “Configure the Express View”. A preview page will appear.
- Click on “Edit” in the top-right of your screen to configure this page.
- If you have several accounts and/or cards, select the one(s) you wish to view and then click on “OK”. The customisation page will open again.
- Finally, click on “Save” to activate Express View.
- You can now view your account balance by opening the Web Banking app without logging in.
- In the left-hand menu of your dashboard, select “Settings” and then “Express View”. This will take you to the “Customisation” page.
Genius

What is Genius?
Genius is an account management assistant. It offers a range of advice, notifications and recommendations to help you better manage your budget.
Among other things, it can:
- Help you detect instances of fraud early on;
- Warn you when a free subscription ends and you start being billed;
- Alert you when your account balance becomes insufficient to cover actual and predicted future expenses;
- Notify you when you receive a large payment;
- Show you a breakdown of your spending.

How do I activate Genius?
To activate Genius in the Web Banking app:
- Go to “Settings” in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.
- Select the “Genius” tab. This will take you to the service customisation page.
- Activate the option by clicking on the “Activate Genius” button.
- You can now use the free Genius service in the Web Banking app. From now on, messages from Genius will be shown in your dashboard.
- To see various breakdowns of your spending, click on the Genius messages.
- Go to “Settings” in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.
