
Your personal information must be up-to-date to keep your account secure and ensure that you receive important correspondence. Here’s how you can edit your information directly in the Web Banking app.
- Go to the 'PERSONAL DATA' section, which appears below your name. You arrive directly at your dashboard.
- Represented by the black icon in the top-left of the screen, this dedicated menu lets you update your personal details: ID card, residency certificate, profession, etc.
- Tap 'Quick tasks' to access the information that is most frequently requested.
- To update information or change a document, select the item to be updated in the Quick tasks list (address, marital status, ID card, profession or nationality) and follow the steps shown on the screen.
