How do I update my details in the Web Banking app? 

 

Your personal information must be up-to-date to keep your account secure and ensure that you receive important correspondence. Here’s how you can edit your information directly in the Web Banking app. 
 

  1. Go to the 'PERSONAL DATA' section, which appears below your name. You arrive directly at your dashboard.

  2. Represented by the black icon in the top-left of the screen, this dedicated menu lets you update your personal details: ID card, residency certificate, profession, etc.

  3. Tap 'Quick tasks' to access the information that is most frequently requested.

  4. To update information or change a document, select the item to be updated in the Quick tasks list (address, marital status, ID card, profession or nationality) and follow the steps shown on the screen.

Upload a new document

  • How do I upload a document needed to update my personal details?

    If you need to update your personal details, you can easily upload a supporting document directly in the app.

    To upload a document such as a new ID card: 

    1. in the menu, go to 'PERSONAL DATA' then Quick tasks;
    2. select I update my identity document then Upload document;
    3. a new page opens. Tap directly on the Upload button and enter the details required;
    4. select Browse to add a new ID card, then on Upload and Confirm.
       

    The document to be uploaded is shown in black. Tap again on the 'Confirm' button in the bottom-right of your screen. A clock appears next to the document. It means that the document has been uploaded and is being checked by our teams before final approval.

    The uploading process will be the same regardless of the type of data being updated.

  • How do I answer a request to update my details?

    BGL BNP Paribas may ask you directly to update a document. 

    1. Select ‘PERSONAL DATA’, then Documents. The required documents will appear.
    2. Tap the document that you wish to upload, then on Upload document.
    3. Browse your phone for the document to be updated.
    4. The document to be uploaded is shown in black. Tap the Upload button.
       

    A clock appears to the right of the document. This means that your document has been uploaded and is being checked by our teams before final approval. 

  • How can I share personal documents with other financial institutions?

    You can choose whether or not to share your data with other financial institutions that belong to the i-Hub platform.

    1. Tap the icon on the left of the bell, in the top-right of your screen, to share your data.
    2. Then tap Settings to agree to share your data:
       
    • If sharing has been activated, you will be able to update your data once, and the changes will be applied automatically to all your business relationships.
    • If sharing has been deactivated, you’ll need to upload your data separately for each institution with which you have an active bank account.

    To return to the Web Banking app dashboard, tap Back to homepage at any time.
