How can I use secure messaging on the Web Banking  app? 

 

The Web Banking app’ secure messaging service allows BGL BNP Paribas to communicate with you securely.

For maximum security, no messages will be sent to your personal e-mail address. Whatever your need, you can communicate securely and instantly with our Client Service.

Do you want to check your secure messages or send us a message? There are two ways to do so:

  • go to the 'Messaging' section of your dashboard OR;
  • use the 'Messaging' section of the 'Contact' menu. 

In both cases, you will be redirected to your secure messaging system, which is a convenient way to communicate with BGL BNP Paribas.

NEW! How can I make an appointment? 

You can use the Web Banking app to directly book a telephone appointment or an in-branch meeting. 

  1. In the menu, go to the 'CONTACT' section and then tap Appointment
  2. Select the purpose of your appointment: 

  • financing;
  • savings and investment;
  • insurance and tax products;
  • other requests.

          3. Provide details in the Comments box.

  • How do I write a message in the mobile app?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the Compose button in the top-right of your screen to write your message. 

    1. Select a message subject from the drop-down menu.
    2. Write your message.
    3. Add any attachment.
    4. Tap Send to submit your message directly. You can also save your message to your drafts and come back to it later.
       
  • How do I access the main secure messaging menu?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders: 

    • folders;
    • bin;
    • drafts;
    • outbox;
    • inbox.
  • How can I return to a draft secure message?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders. Then tap Draft. You’ll then see the messages that have been saved as drafts. 

  • How do I create a secure messaging folder?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders. Then tap ‘Folders’

    1. Enter the name of a folder in which you will be able to file your messages.
    2. Select a message in the “Inbox” or “Outbox” folders and move the message to a directory.
    3. Tap the ‘Validate’ button and find all your filed messages in the ‘Folders’ menu. 
       
  • How do I check sent items?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders. Then tap Outbox. You’ll then see the messages that you have sent to your BGL BNP Paribas adviser. 

  • How do I check incoming messages?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders. Then tap ‘Inbox’. You’ll then see the messages that you have received from your BGL BNP Paribas adviser. 

  • How do I delete a message permanently?

    In the secure messaging service, tap the green button in the bottom-right to access the menu’s various folders. Then tap Recycle Bin. Select the message to be deleted and then tap the small red bin. Your message will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to it.
