Branch opening hours during the holiday period

During the holiday period, BGL BNP Paribas branches will be closed: from Tuesday 24 December 2024 (from noon) until Thursday 26 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025.

On 31 December our branches will be open as usual and only by appointment after 12.00 pm. The Client Service will be available until 4.00 pm

End-of-year credit transfer instructions

To ensure that your transfers go through, please:

  • make your online transfers before 10 am on 24 December 2024(1)
  • make your online transfers before 3 pm on 31 December 2024(2)
  • submit your paper transfers before 8 am on 23 December 2024
  • submit your paper transfers before 8 am on 30 December 2024

If you are eligible, you can also make or receive an instant payment at any time of the day or night, week or weekend, including bank holidays.

Transfer orders received after the deadline will be handled as quickly as possible.

Cash transfers

Cash transfers made on 31 December 2024 will only appear on your account statements in 2025.

(1) For professionals: the file must be sent before 10.00 am (VIR2000 file)
