My Business Banking is a client area exclusively dedicated to your business. You can manage your business accounts and payment cards online, and access PDF documents and a secure messaging system. You can also manage permissions and access rights of users allowed to encode and approve payments.

 

How to open an account or access every feature of My Business Banking?

My Business Banking is only accessible from a browser.

Contact the My Business Banking team

Send an email to MyBusinessBanking@bgl.lu to sign up for a contract.

Complete the registration form

Upon receipt, specify details of the accounts, users and their permissions, and return the form to the My Business Banking team.

Sign the contract

The My Business Banking team will send you a contract for signature by a designated signatory, either in writing or digitally. Once the signed agreement is received, users accesses will be activated.

Follow movements on your accounts

View movements on your accounts going two years back and carry out advanced searches. Export your transactions for a selected period.

View your payment cards

View all the company’s cards (holders, limits, outstandings and movements). Manage your cards in self-care mode.

Input your payment transactions

Enter your one-off payments and standing orders with or without a limit. Choose a simple or double electronic signature. Receive proof of payment.

View your documents

View and export your documents in PDF format: account statements, debit notices, credit card statements, account details, My Business Banking contract, etc.

Talk to your adviser or other bank departments

Send, receive and archive your emails in your secure messaging system.

Manage your contract and access rights

In administrator mode you can view users and manage their access rights and transaction profiles.
