Applying for a mortgage: the step-by-step guide

You’ve calculated your estimated mortgage repayments, so now to make your online loan application official:
 

1. Your online application:
   Click on “Apply for a loan online” above.
2. Your project: Complete the mortgage application form. This step will only take about ten minutes. No supporting documents are required at this stage. Send your application.
3. Your file:
   A BGL BNP Paribas advisor will get in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your home-buying plans, get a better understanding of your financing needs and offer you an appropriate solution. They’ll suggest a time to meet at your preferred branch, and will tell you which supporting documents to prepare to complete your application.
4. Analysis of your application:
   Once complete, your mortgage application will be reviewed and the bank  will  let you know whether or not it has been approved.
   
5. You loan offer:
   If approved, we'll send you our loan offer.
